Welcome to TheBotBazar

TheBotBazar is a market of AI assistants. You build a bot, teach it what you know, and put it to work — on your website, on WhatsApp, on Discord, on the phone, or as a stall in the public Bazar where anyone can chat with it.

No code is needed for any of it. Developers can go further with the [Developer docs](/dev-docs).

The idea in one picture

| You bring | BotBazar turns it into | Your customers get | |---|---|---| | Documents, a website, FAQs | A bot that answers only from your knowledge | Correct answers, any time of day | | A phone number or kiosk | A receptionist that talks out loud | Someone to talk to at the front desk | | Repetitive tasks | Agents that run on a schedule or a trigger | Messages and reports that just arrive |

Words you'll see everywhere

- Bot / Stall — an AI assistant you built. In the Bazar, every published bot is a stall. - Knowledge — the documents, web pages and Q&A pairs a bot learns from. - Channel — a place the bot works: web chat, website widget, WhatsApp, Discord, voice. - Receptionist — a bot with a voice, for phone calls and front-desk kiosks. - Agent — an automation that runs a bot for you (every morning, on a keyword, from a webhook). - Bazar Tokens (BT) — the credit that pays for AI answers. You see your balance in the top-right corner.
