WhatsApp via Evolution (QR code)

1. Create an instance bound to a bot: POST /api/whatsapp/evolution/configs/create-instance/ with {"name": "Front desk", "instancename": "frontdesk", "knowledgebase": 123} 2. Show the QR: GET /api/whatsapp/evolution/configs/{id}/qr-code/ — poll …/{id}/status/ until connected. 3. Replies are automatic from then on (inbound messages arrive at /api/whatsapp/evolution/webhook/).

Send a message yourself:

Settings per instance (/api/whatsapp/evolution/settings/{id}/): auto-reply, away message, group replies, rate limit, and …/add-allowed-number/, …/add-blocked-number/ (plus remove-…).

Debugging: GET /api/whatsapp/evolution/logs/, …/inbound-events/ and POST …/inbound-events/{id}/retry/.

WhatsApp via Twilio
